HANDS TOGETHER (GATE)

Hands Together is the second album from Brooklyn bluegrass artists Spirit Family Reunion and follow-up to 2012's No Separation. Self-produced and self-released, the raw and high-energy 12-song set was recorded over several months on Coney Island during the off-season and as Rolling Stone notes includes, "string-band twang, gospel harmonies and the countrified, half-crazed sweep of an old-school tent revival - with newer additions like tape-delay machines and portable electric organs."
