At Vinyl.com.au, we stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund — including any applicable shipping and handling charges.

Change of Mind Policy

Please order carefully. Once you confirm your purchase, you are committed to the order unless there is a valid reason to cancel. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are not automatically entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or made the wrong choice.

You are, however, entitled to a refund or replacement if the product you received is:

  • Not of acceptable quality
  • Significantly different from the product description
  • Faulty or unfit for its intended purpose

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at and include the following:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for the return
  2. A member of our Customer Service Team will respond with instructions for how to return your item(s).
  3. When returning goods, please pack the items securely — preferably using the original packaging.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your choice of either:

  • A replacement of the item(s), where available
  • A full refund, including original shipping and handling costs
