In Podacter Plays The Millennial Blues, the debut full length album from, you guessed it, Podacter, the band attacks these new-age ailments head on, singing of "those shitty thoughts inside my head," thoughts that are hungry for "another piece of me." It's this furious, timely introspection that's most appealing regarding the Secret Audio Club signing, with the band themselves describing the new work as "a perpetual left-swipe to the bullshit that plagues our brains" and one hopefully leading to "open discussions about mental health."
