CONTRE-TEMPS

I think I make science-fiction music.Ive wanted to create an album about time travel for a long time-ever since I finished Leviathan, actually, back in August 2014. After that, I played concerts, met other musicians, sang for countless new ears, and devoted myself entirely to music. And time changed.This album was composed between October 2016 and May 2018, an urgent year and a half.I imagine my albums as adventure stories. Here, its a quest in reverse: the journey of a knight in a car, listening to psychedelic RnB on the radio. Contre-Temps is a circuit album nourished by the fantastic, where impermanence meets the sensation of passing time-a tunnel through multiple dimensions.Flavien Berger
