This is a series of instrumental albums designed for possible use in film and TV, for home or office background sounds, or for personal needs, such as relaxation, stimulation, meditation, concentration, or elation. Asthmatic Kitty asked a select group of talented artists to create a unique recording for this collection. This is the first in a series of records conceived by Casey Foubert and James McAlister using drums, percussion, and user designed software effects as the sole sound source. The duo drew from both improvised drumming and pattern-based sequencing with samplers to create themes molded into songs.
