Second reissue of Japanese house music legend Yukihiro Fukutomi on Studio Mule. Title track on A side, It's About Time, was included in the compilation Remix Trax Vol.6 - Japanese New Vibes. It's Gonna Be Alright is an E2-E4 influenced deep house and Facing Up is reminiscent of Danny Tenaglia's harmonica track.
