The second album from the legendary Buena Vista Social Club is the recording of their one-off, sold out concert at New York's historic Carnegie Hall on 1st July 1998, This unique performance was the climax of the Wim Wenders documentary and the last time the original band would ever perform together, Only the second album ever released by the original Buena Vista Social Club; this extraordinary collection of Cuba's greatest musicians includes Ibrahim Ferrer, Rub n Gonz lez, Eliades Ochoa, Omara Portuondo, Compay Segundo, Cacha to L pez and Guajiro Mirabal, The Carnegie Hall concert was a unique event that can never be repeated, It was the focus of the Wim Wenders award winning film which has helped spread the story of the incredible characters that made up the band. 2008 marks the 10th anniversary of the Carnegie Hall concert, The
