Akantha are a Hellenic (GR) black metal band formed in 2002 in Karditsa. They never released any material and although never disbanded they were on ice since the recording of a demo in 2003. Akantha regrouped in Dec. 2017 for the implementation of the mission that has always been intended: to play pure, crude black metal.
